Our Mission

To ensure that every citizen of Whiteside County and its surrounding areas served by Whiteside County Health Department has access to the resources and support necessary for living healthy lifestyles at all stages of life.

About Us

The Whiteside County Community Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the Sate of Illinois in March of 2026.

The Whiteside County Community Health Foundation has established two annual goals to begin advancing our mission to providing charitable care and assistance, including financial support for individuals and families served by the Whiteside County Health Department, support efforts to expand access to high-quality health services throughout the community and enhance the care and welfare of animals in our community.

$100,000 For Animal Welfare

This funding will support animals received and cared for by Whiteside County Animal Control, including medical care, adoption and transfer efforts, and the development of a new, larger Animal Control facility designed to better serve the residents and animals of Whiteside County.

$200,000 for Children and Families

This funding will help ensure children and families served by the Whiteside County Health Department have access to essential services, including medical, dental, and vision care, without financial barriers preventing them from receiving the support they need.
